2. Buyer Information

Under this form and the subsequent contract, the Buyer is the legal/natural person who makes B2B (wholesale) purchases via www.bsl-wholesale.com and holds the "Merchant" (Tacir) status in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102. Transactions are not subject to consumer protection legislation.

3. Subject Products and Delivery Information

The type, quantity, sale price, and shipping costs of the products selected by the Buyer are as stated on the checkout screen and the proforma invoice. Any customs duties, taxes, and clearance costs that may arise in international shipments belong to the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Since the commercial relationship between the parties is B2B, the "14-day right of withdrawal without justification" included in the Consumer Law is not applicable. In accordance with Article 23/c of the Turkish Commercial Code (TCC) No. 6102, the Buyer is obliged to report obvious defects within 3 (three) days and hidden defects within 8 (eight) days. No returns or exchanges are accepted for reasons other than defective products.
