CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. General Provisions

All purchases made through bsl-wholesale.com are B2B (Business-to-Business) transactions. The Buyer holds the "Merchant" (Tacir) status in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, and these transactions are not subject to consumer protection legislation or the "Consumer Right of Withdrawal." In this context, no returns or exchanges are accepted except for defective/faulty products.

2. Notice of Defects and Deadlines

The Buyer is obliged to inspect the products upon delivery. The following deadlines apply for reporting issues:

  • Obvious Defects: Visually identifiable defects (tears, incorrect products, etc.) must be reported to the Seller in writing within 3 (three) days of delivery, in accordance with Article 23/c of the TCC.
  • Hidden Defects: Defects that cannot be identified without opening the package must be inspected and reported to the Seller immediately upon discovery, and no later than 8 (eight) days from the delivery date.

Notifications made after these legal deadlines will be deemed invalid, and the products will be considered accepted without defects.

3. Return Process

Upon approval of a defect report, products must be returned to the Seller in their original packaging, including the invoice. After the necessary inspections are completed, if the Buyer’s claim is justified, the defective product will be replaced with an identical non-defective item. If the product is out of stock, the product price will be refunded within 10 business days using the original payment method.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are handed over to the shipping company. Once an order has been dispatched for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.
