1. Our Logistics Partners

To ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery for our partners, we collaborate with DHL Ecommerce for domestic shipments within Turkey, and with Cargo Net (FedEx & UPS) and DHL Express for international shipments.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for wholesale orders are calculated specifically based on the volume (volumetric weight/kg) of your order and the delivery address. The final shipping amount will be transparently detailed during the checkout process or in the final proforma invoice sent to you after your order is confirmed.

3. Customs and Import Processes (International Orders)

We aim to make global trade seamless for our business partners. Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees that may arise in international shipments vary depending on the legal regulations of the destination country and the commercial delivery agreement made with us.

Detailed information regarding relevant customs costs and processes will be provided during the billing or payment stage. Depending on the agreement made with our customer representatives, you can also benefit from our "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) options, where all import procedures are handled on your behalf, allowing you to receive your products at your doorstep without dealing with customs bureaucracy.
